No smoking or vaping. Do not move any indoor furniture. Nothing other than toilet paper down the toilets. Quiet hours are after 10 pm - please respect the neighbors, who are full time residents.

In the heart of Old Town Scottsdale — the most vibrant and distinctive neighborhood in the Phoenix metro, with a walkable arts and dining scene unlike anything else in the Valley — world-class restaurants, galleries, rooftop bars, and the famous Scottsdale arts district are all at your doorstep. Favorites include Maple & Ash, The Mission, Pig & Pickle, and Postino Wine Cafe. Scottsdale Fashion Square — the Southwest's largest mall — is minutes away. The Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, a 13-mile linear park with trails and golf courses, runs right through the neighborhood. Tempe Town Lake and ASU are about 15 minutes south. Sky Harbor Airport is approximately 15–20 minutes away.

Old Town Scottsdale is one of the most walkable areas in metropolitan Phoenix. The Valley Metro light rail has stops near the Scottsdale/Tempe border, making downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport (~15–20 min) accessible without a car. Ride-share (Uber/Lyft) is plentiful and the most convenient option for most trips. A car is handy for exploring north Scottsdale, Sedona (~2 hrs), and day trips into the Sonoran Desert.
